Mr. Trevino has worked both nationally and internationally. He has extensive business experience in working in Asia, Europe and Canada. This experience includes joint venturing, licensing, marketing, import and export as well as investing.

Bart P. Mackay, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Mackay has nearly 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney, focusing in areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, reorganizations and voluntary workouts, and commercial transactional matters. During that time, he worked with a wide range of enterprises, from start-ups to mature publicly-held companies, relating to both legal matters and business strategies. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Mackay has owned and managed successful enterprises, giving him a unique business based perspective when analyzing and developing strategies to address commercial challenges.
Dustin R. Trevino, CFO and Senior Analyst
Mr. Trevino is an experienced business professional with more than ten years of financing, management and business ownership experience. He acts as the chief architect of Business Finance Corporation's financing strategies, identifying micro and macro economic trends, new financial instruments and methodologies, and assessing the financial needs and operational goals of clients. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and Finance.
